The Tipsy Crow redefines what we all know and love as our “go-to” local bar. Formally known as the Bitter End, the Tipsy Crow is making downtown nightly news in a big way. It is now San Diego’s primary leader in paving the advancement for unique, memorable neighborhood bars. The tri-level Tipsy Crow has an unrivaled sexy bravado that exudes through the staff and boudoir atmosphere.

Drink specials are blasted over flat screens, mirroring the price concepts of America’s fickle Stock Exchange from open to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 5pm to Close on Sundays. Prices for your favorite cocktails will rise and sink depending on the popularity that evening. When you notice that Don Julio’s are $4 a shot, stumble over to the “Futures Market Kiosk” and purchase as many Don Julio’s for that price. Come back any day of the week to redeem the benefits of your thrifty bargain. This is a fun and interactive way of drinking; perfect for dates, singles night out, social gatherings, or “business” receptions. You can be there for the drink exchange “Crash” every Wednesday and play the market to your advantage all night long.  Experience the Drink Exchange everyday until 8pm.

The three different levels, The Nest, The Main, and The Underground, all invite an individual scene and contrasting setting. Their event calendar is stocked with actives such as: art and comedy shows, DJ’s, casino nights, bingo and game nights, and even a Wii for drunken face-offs.

Their menu is incomparable with seven different Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and a Bites Menu with servings like: Mixed Grilled Cheese board, which is a combination of two grilled cheese sandwiches with sides of creamy blue cheese fondue and tomato basil bisque, a Crue de ta’ with celery, carrots, broccoli, ranch and red pepper hummus, and Jumbo Soft Pretzels served with a stone ground Dijon mustard.  Then wash it down with one of the Tipsy Crow’s signature cocktails, a Fresh-Squeezed Orange Crush or a Super Salty Dog.

This new Gaslamp bar and restaurant is brought to you by the same owners as RT’s Longboard Grill in Pacific Beach, Downtown’s Bub’s at the Park, Whiskey Girl and Double Deuce.
